Cab hailing service Ola has inked an agreement with Haryana’s Department of Employment to make 35,000 entrepreneurial opportunities and career development in the state.
he memorandum of understanding (MoU) which had been signed is a piece of the state’s Saksham Haryana activity which was taken off early a year ago to engage the young through different expertise improvement activities.
An Ola spokesperson said a part of these opportunities would be aimed towards development of the driver-partner ecosystem in the state.
This Memorandum of Understanding which has been inked show true sign of commitment and dedication to put efforts on fast track for the state government to create Two lakhs jobs for the young generation of the state,” Ola said in a statement, adding that the MoU aims to create 35,000 job opportunities.
Haryana Labor and Employment Minister Nayab Saini said the legislature has settled an objective to tap the business potential through occupations in the administration and private division and through independent work.
“Skill development is key to professional growth and we will thus, be working with various bodies, and companies like Ola to customise and upgrade the existing training infrastructure…,” he added.
Pranav Mehta, Director at Ola, said Haryana is a key market for the organization with urban areas, for example, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Panchkula contributing fundamentally to its development. It is likewise present Ambala and Kurukshetra.
